My oldest daughter Hannah will be turning 13 in a couple of weeks {sniff-sniff...}. Last week she asked permission to borrow my camera to practice her photography. She has been my "assistant" on many photo shoots and she knows how to handle my equipment so I gave her permission.
These are some of the photos from her "shoot" and I'm just tickled with how they turned out!
{by the way, these are mostly SOOC, just a little cropping on some of them}
These were some succulents that are growing in our neighbors yard that she admires.
She then took her little sister to practice her portrait skills...the lighting that day was so dramatic. Pretty cool!
Do you remember that movie Romana and Beezus? I have a real life set of them with my girls. I think that this shot captures her 4 year old sister's spunky personality so well!
Not a perfect shot lighting-wise, but I thought her posing and angle were pretty good. I love how many skills that she's picked up along with me over the last year!
Now these puddle shots were super cute, and again, totally encompass my 4 year old's spunky personality!
Plus, I can never get enough of adorable little girl rainboots!
{Maybe someday I'll get a pair and join in!}
I had so much fun seeing the world through Hannah's eyes, that I've decided to let each of the other 4 kids use my camera and dedicate a post to each of them. Today I took my youngest son Matthew to the beach, his photos will be next up in the series...
Till next time!
Jen
